All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or at the time of vehicle collection. This agreement outlines specific terms, conditions, insurance information, applicable charges, and your responsibilities regarding the rental. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Transporting hazardous materials is strictly prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is against policy. Additionally, the vehicle should not be used for purposes it was not designed for, nor should it exceed passenger or weight limits. Driving outside the agreed geographical limits requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
Liability Restrictions
